Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
01 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please make your selection carefully before completing your order.
02 Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 3–5 days from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs relating to an exchange. Please note that sale items are excluded and cannot be exchanged.
03 Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping at R120. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Deliveries are made nationwide through a local courier.
04 Damaged Items
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. Any damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can assist you.
05 Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
06 Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for your exchange, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
